Carlo Mologni is a PhD student at the Université Côte d’Azur, France (UMR 7329 GEOAZUR and UMR 7264 CEPAM), his research focuses on the Lake Abhe paleobasin, Central Afar (Ethiopia, Djibouti). Within the framework of VAPOR-Afar and PSPCA research projects he investigates sedimentary archives of the basin with a multi-scalar approach. He presents here his recently completed fieldwork that was supported by a CFEE research grant.
